About Dr. Maryam Tubeileh.
Founder & CEO, MT Management
Dr. Maryam Tubeileh is a recognized leader in innovation and quality management across the GCC. With 17+ years of experience and a Master’s in Quality & Service Development from the University of Birmingham, she has helped transform organizations across healthcare, government, education, and private sectors. As the former Head of Innovation at Oman’s Ministry of Health, she led national initiatives under Oman Vision 2040 and established the National Health Innovation Centre. Her work earned her the prestigious Visionaries Award for advancing healthcare innovation. Today, through MT Management, she empowers organizations to adopt ISO 56002 and ISO 9001 frameworks, driving sustainable growth, operational excellence, and innovation culture. Dr. Maryam is more than a consultant, she’s a catalyst for purposeful leadership and change. Her mission is to equip organizations with the mindset, systems, and tools they need to lead with innovation and deliver lasting impact.
